This course will provide classified professionals with information about what college governance means, an overview of the various campus committees, and the roles, rights, and responsibilities of classified committee members, how to work together in committees to improve the college (especially for students), and how committees are important to accreditation.
For Classified members who choose to attend this activity during non-working time, it has been approved for 1.0 hour toward a Professional Growth Benefit by the Classified Professional Development Committee.
