This course explores the essential components of excellent customer service. Businesses depend on satisfied customers, both external and internal, to stay in business and thrive. Mt. SAC is a business which requires excellent customer service for our students as well as our internal customers at all levels. This course covers essential skills that employees can put into practice to contribute to the success of our College.
