Mt. SAC's Purchasing process has gone online with Banner. No more paper requisitions to fill out; no more manual routing of requisitions!
In order to begin using the Banner Requisition system, you are required to attend a 4-hour Requisition Training workshop, which will cover the following:
- Purchasing overview
- New Chart of Accounts overview
- Banner requisition process
- Banner budget queries
- Banner online approval process
Before you attend a Requisition Training session, you must have completed the introductory Banner INB General Navigation Training (a one-hour workshop). NO EXCEPTIONS. After you complete the required training you will need to complete a Mt. SAC Banner Account Request form. After verification of your training, you will be granted clearance to the new requisition system in Banner.
Reasonable accommodations, including Sign Language Interpreters, can be provided upon request with 3 days advance notice.
